Privacy Notice

This notice explains how PestOps AI handles information you send through our website and free check. It is a plain disclosure, not a promise that every future feature is ready today.

What we collect

When you ask for a free check, we may collect your work email, company website, company name, lead count, number of techs, your biggest problem, your consent choices, your check results, browser details, and a scrambled code made from your IP address. We also read public pages from the company website you give us.

Why we use it

We use this to run your check, reply about what we found, improve our work, stop abuse, and keep records of your consent. We only send marketing email when you opt in. We do not use the check to pick pest-control chemicals or replace a licensed pro.

Service providers

We use trusted companies to host and run the service. These may include Vercel for hosting, DeepSeek for AI, and Supabase for the database. They handle information for us under their own security terms.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your contact information. We may share information with service providers, advisers, or authorities when needed to run the service, protect rights and safety, or follow the law.

How long we keep it

We set a default review or delete date 24 months after we collect your records. We may keep records longer for an active relationship, fraud prevention, consent proof, legal duties, or disputes. We may delete sooner when the information is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop marketing, fix your information, or delete information we are not required to keep. Marketing consent is optional and separate from the check. Use the email below. Where you live, you may have more privacy rights.

Security and limits

We use access controls and server-side secrets to help block unauthorized access. No system on the internet is fully secure. AI findings may be wrong or incomplete. Please check them before you make business, treatment, legal, or money decisions.
